If you haven't ever heard of Pieminister then I gravely suggest you find one of the few cafes dotted around up north that supply them and go and experience the amazingness that is a Pieminister pie.. It is a Bristol based company that has grown rapidly to feature its pies in stores, cafes and markets up and down the country, not forgetting the major festivals that now thankfully provide a decent pie for a decent price. They pride themselves on the free range ingredients and the combination in which they use them! However the illustrations are the reason I have popped it up on the blog. I have always like the playful characters that they use and I have to admit I'm a sucker for anything that's printed on brown paper or cardboard so its a win/win situation..
