From thinking about logos and looking at several examples for our day brief i looked again at this logo by Stylo Design, which I included in my Pecha Kucha presentation. The logo was created for a business lounge bar named 'Eight' therefore the words were created using minipulated sections of the number eight, i think this works brilliantly and is a clever way to solve a problem using a typographical solution. They also designed the whole typeface not just the letters for eight.
